This project has the challenging requirement of converting a former golf course to a private residential home and farm. The focus of the design is the client’s brief for a completely remodelled setting for the home focusing on a large new lake which has to be constructed on chalk and fed by an existing licensed borehole. A new private house will be commissioned to replace the converted former golf club once the initial landscape setting is well established.
